I have 35 diamond wedding bands. I would never consider purchasing a CZ but I just loved this ring. I figured, what do I have to lose? Well, the ring is beautiful, and no one would even think it's a CZ because I have so many diamond rings. HOWEVER, I am very dissatisfied with Customer Service. You can never reach anyone to ask any questions you have. It's a shame, because there are two more rings I want to purchase, but because I cannot get in touch with anyone, I have to wonder how reputable this company is. Customer Service is the most important department in order to have a successful business. I wish they would step up their game and be more responsive to their customers. Repeat business is what make a business successful.
