This is my first purchase from Jeulia and at first I was disappointed... I got the shipping notice quickly after making my purchase however, the tracking never updated and appeared as if the post office never took the package. I waited a week before contacting customer service when I was told that shipping could take up to 20 days. This was very upsetting considered I have never waited so long to receive anything. She also sent me another tracking link which gave the same information so I fugured they didnt know where my ring was. The next day a received another email with tracking information that said I would receive the ring by the end of the which and I ended up receiving it a couple days early. I beliebve they just shipped me a new ring. With that veing said, I love this ring. The pics dont do it justice. The ring is stunning! I want to order again but definitely dont want to go through the same shipping issues so we'll see. 5 stars for quality and correcting the error.
